Samsung launched the mid-range Galaxy A37 5G and A57 5G in India on March 25, 2026, with availability from April 9, featuring Android 16, Exynos chips, 120Hz displays, 50MP cameras, and up to six years of software updates.

On March 25, 2026, Samsung officially announced and launched the Galaxy A57 5G and Galaxy A37 5G in India. Both smartphones are mid-range 5G devices running Android 16, and they became available starting April 9, 2026.

According to a recent video from the YouTube channel Mai Nguyen TV, the Samsung Galaxy A37 with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage might be priced at VND 10,990,000 (approximately Rs. 39,000) in Vietnam. The Galaxy A57 with the same configuration could cost VND 12,490,000 (around Rs. 44,400). These prices reflect local market rates and are expected to differ in other countries.

An earlier leak indicated that the Galaxy A57’s 12GB + 256GB variant might be priced at THB 17,999 (about Rs. 51,000) in Thailand, while the Galaxy A37 5G with 8GB + 256GB could cost THB 13,999 (roughly Rs. 40,000).

The box contents, as shown in the video, are quite basic—only a USB cable, SIM ejector tool, and documentation are included. Both the Galaxy A37 and A57 come with a slightly updated design, featuring a slimmer build than previous models. The camera module now has a raised, step-like appearance, while the Key Island design around the side buttons has been retained.

The Samsung Galaxy A37 is expected to be powered by the Exynos 1480 chipset, replacing the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 used in its predecessor. It keeps a 6.7-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1,200 nits of brightness. The device is also rumored to pack a 5,000mAh battery with support for 45W wired charging.

Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy A57 is said to feature a metal frame and run on the newer Exynos 1680 processor. Its display is expected to be similar, with a 6.7-inch 120Hz panel.

Both the Galaxy A37 and A57 will likely run One UI 8.5 based on Android 16 and receive up to six years of software updates. On the camera front, both phones are expected to include a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultrawide lens, a 5MP macro camera, and a 12MP front-facing selfie shooter. Video recording capabilities are said to support up to 4K at 30fps.
