Vivo X300 FE is a compact March 2026 flagship with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, 6.31" 120Hz display, 6500mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging, a 50MP triple camera and an expected India price between ₹64,999 and ₹69,990.

Vivo X300 FE scheduled for release in March 2026, is positioned as a compact flagship device. It features a 6.31-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Powering the device is the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, paired with 12GB or 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM. The phone houses a substantial 6,500mAh battery that supports 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. Its photography capabilities are built around a 50MP triple rear camera system, which includes a main sensor, a periscope telephoto lens and an ultra-wide lens.
This information was detailed in an exclusive in-depth video from Beebom, which highlighted both the upgrades and downgrades compared to its predecessor, the Vivo X200 FE.
Design and Display
The X300 FE introduces a refreshed design, moving away from the vertical camera layout of the X200 FE to a new horizontal camera module. This new aesthetic is said to resemble the design language of Pixel smartphones and the iPhone Air. The back panel also features a color-shifting finish that changes hues depending on the light. While the phone weighs slightly more than its predecessor at 192 grams, it maintains a compact form factor. It also comes with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. The display is a 6.31-inch 1.5K LTPO panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and an upgraded ultrasonic fingerprint scanner replacing the optical scanner found on the previous model.
Performance and Software
Under the hood, the Vivo X300 FE sees a significant change in processing power, swapping the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ from the X200 FE for Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC. This is expected to be available with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage, supporting gameplay at up to 120fps. The device will run on OriginOS 6 out of the box.
Camera System
For the X300 FE, Vivo has retained the core camera hardware from its predecessor. The rear setup remains a triple-lens system, consisting of a 50MP Sony IMX921 primary sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto camera and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. Selfies are handled by a 50MP front-facing camera. However, Vivo has removed the Aura Light feature that was present on the previous model. The device is expected to support 4K video recording at 60fps.
Battery and Charging
The device maintains the large 6,500mAh battery capacity from the previous generation. While it retains 90W wired fast charging, a key new addition for this model is 40W wireless charging support.
Based on early 2026 reports, the starting price for the Vivo X300 FE in India is expected to be between ₹64,999 and ₹69,990 for the entry-level model.
